Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website, or log into your account and view your order history for real-time updates.
Yes. Gift cards are accepted at checkout. Simply enter your gift card code in the promo/gift card field during checkout. If your order exceeds the gift card balance, you can cover the remainder with a standard payment method.
We work with a limited number of retail partners who meet our standards. If you're interested in carrying Whitelabel, contact us with details about your shop. We don't work with every retailer — quality of placement matters to us.
Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with a photo and we'll make it right. We stand behind everything we ship.
All of our products are hemp-derived and federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. State laws vary — it's your responsibility to verify the legality of these products in your state before purchasing. We do not ship to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are explicitly restricted.
Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven't entered fulfillment. Contact us immediately with your order number and what you'd like to add. After that window, modifications aren't possible and you'd need to place a new order.

Shipping Questions
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately with your order number and updated address. Once a label is generated, we cannot reroute the package — it will need to be intercepted or returned by the carrier.
Orders placed before 2PM PST on business days are typically fulfilled same-day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Most domestic orders arrive in 2–5 business days.
We ship to most US states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted. We currently do not ship internationally. Restricted states include: HI, ID, MS, MT, ND, and others subject to change. If your state isn't available at checkout, we cannot ship there.
Yes. Hemp-derived products that comply with the 2018 Farm Bill are legal to ship through USPS and private carriers. All shipments include a Certificate of Compliance and a copy of the relevant COA. Packages are discreet with no branded exterior markings.

We recommend starting at 2.4V–2.8V for our 510 carts. Live resin and liquid diamond formulations are viscous — lower voltages preserve terpene profile and prevent burning. Do not exceed 3.3V or you risk degrading the oil and scorching the coil.
No, 510 cartridges are sold without a battery. They are compatible with any standard 510-thread battery. If you need a recommendation, our team is happy to point you toward reliable options.
Clogging is common with high-viscosity live resin and liquid diamonds, especially in cold conditions. Try these steps: (1) Warm the cartridge gently between your palms for 60 seconds. (2) Take a slow, low-pressure dry pull (no battery) to clear the airpath. (3) If still clogged, use a thin pin to clear the mouthpiece opening. Avoid high voltage — it worsens clogs by baking oil onto the coil.
